Production process

raw material purchase(core tube 、aluminium tubes)

Warehouse inspection-internal tubes straight&fixed-length-tube-inserting/manual muff -prepare for extrusion on the machine(as per the drawing requirement)

prepare extrusion tooling in groups according to the drawing for fitting, check if the disks have been fit correctly when finishing the installation.

For the first sample, inspection all the dimensions (fin out diameter 、fin pitch、fin thick), to meet the drawing requirement.

Wash the fin tubes and check the fin - dimension inspection at 10% rate - prepare for product packing-mark-delivery
